By creating an account or using EnchantedKeeper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What EnchantedKeeper is
EnchantedKeeper is a reminder tool that tracks published Disney vacation booking-window policies (like when advance dining reservations or Lightning Lane sales open) and emails you before they open, based on the vacation details you provide.
Not affiliated with Disney
EnchantedKeeper is an independent, unofficial tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates. Booking-window times shown in the app are estimates based on Disney's publicly published policies, which can change without notice — always confirm actual availability and booking windows on Disney's own website or app before relying on them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the vacation details and notification preferences you enter, and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. To limit abuse, we cap the number of active vacations any single account can track; this limit applies equally regardless of account tier.
Acceptable use
Don't use EnchantedKeeper to scrape, automate abusive account creation, attempt to disrupt the notification system, or otherwise misuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Paid tiers
EnchantedKeeper currently offers Plus and Agent account tiers with additional features (like collaborator invites and AI trip summaries). Billing for these tiers is not yet automated; if and when it is, we'll update these terms with the applicable billing terms before charging anyone.
No warranty
EnchantedKeeper is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to compute accurate booking-window reminders, but we don't guarantee the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or that a reminder will always arrive in time — Disney's actual booking system is the source of truth, not this app. We're not liable for a missed reservation or booking-window opportunity.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date above. Continued use of EnchantedKeeper after a change means you accept the updated terms.
